You and Stress

Our resistance to physical illness and mental distress can be affected by much of what happens in our daily lives. Too much change, whether good or bad, in too short of a period of time can lower your resistance and increase the risks of major health change. Knowing that some life changes are more stressful than others and trying to anticipate and plan for such changes may help us.
